Raise your hand if you feel like as the days get shorter, you tend to feel your positivity & ambition drop a bit? When the sun doesn't come up until 8 AM and it goes to bed at 4:00PM, it's harder to get out of bed early and to work on projects later into the evening.
Today we want to remind you that even though we don't have as many hours of daylight, we still have the same amount of time each day!
Here are a few simple tips to help you get the most of each day, even when the Mama World is callin' it quits for the day.
Keep your schedule
It may be hard to get out of bed when it’s still dark but grab your coffee and move your body
Move your phone to the kitchen so physically get out of bed to turn off your alarm clock
Embrace the season change
Enjoy the fun parts of the fall & winter months! Enjoy something warm - soup, hot chocolate
Get Festive AF: Decorate for Halloween, Thanksgiving & Christmas
Turn on the fireplace (or use Netflix's fireplace app)
More time to spend with your favorite people
Keep going outside + moving your body
Plan to get outside & get some fresh air! It is so important for our mental health
Put on some layers & go grab that morning coffee
Reignite indoor hobbies/excitement
Dive into a good book
Try out a new workout class
Scrapbooking/Sewing/Branch into your creative side!

Prioritize Your Mental Health
Smile
Take a Vitamin D Supplement & get out in the sun

Talk to someone if you feel like you are struggling
