You Can Miss a Monday

You know the saying, "Never miss a Monday." Yeah, we don't love that. We want to debunk the idea that if the start of your week isn't going as planned, you can still turn it around!


We put a ton of pressure around the idea of creating a perfect schedule, but we do not want you to put unnecessary pressure & anxiety around always having to show up 100 percent. Set yourself up for success by creating a game plan the night before & if it doesn't as planned, that is totally fine!


We are our own biggest critic & sometimes the most important thing we can do is simply show up and be proud of that.


Here are a few examples of this:

...Fuck, didn’t meal prep---but I ate a healthy dinner

...Fuck, I didn’t work out at all over the weekend--but I spent time with the people I love

...Fuck, my house is a mess--but it's because I was busy making memories


This year has been full of unexpected twists and turns so be kind to yourself when it comes to honoring what you need and not comparing yourself to other people on social media & in your industry.


In conclusion, we want you to honor yourself & your body. You don’t need to add more stress by holding up expectations for yourself based on a certain day of the week
